Data Deletion

You can delete your data from AgencyReporting.ai at any time. This page explains how.

Delete Data From a Connected Platform

To delete the data we have stored from a connected platform (such as Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or CallRail):

  1. Log in to AgencyReporting.ai.
  2. Go to the Brand's connection settings.
  3. Disconnect the platform.

When you disconnect a platform, we stop syncing new data and delete the stored data for that connection within 30 days.

Delete Meta Data via Facebook

If you connected a Meta account, you can also remove AgencyReporting.ai directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Open Apps and Websites.
  3. Find AgencyReporting.ai and click Remove.

Removing the app revokes our access. To have the data we already stored deleted, disconnect the platform inside AgencyReporting.ai as described above, or send us a deletion request as described below.

Delete Your Entire Account

To delete your account and all associated data, email support@agencyreporting.ai from the email address on the account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will confirm the request and delete your account data, including connected platform data and uploaded files, within 30 days.

We retain records only where the law requires it (for example, billing and tax records), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Demo Data

If you used a free demo, any data accessed for the demo is deleted automatically within 30 days unless you created a paid account. You can request earlier deletion by emailing support@agencyreporting.ai.
