Privacy Policy
AgencyReporting.ai ("AR.ai," "we," "us," or "our") is a product of SEO Marketing Company, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit agencyreporting.ai or use the AgencyReporting.ai platform (together, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who We Serve
AR.ai is a business tool built for marketing agencies. Our customers are agencies and marketing professionals ("Customers") who use the Service to generate reporting and insights for the businesses they manage ("Brands"). When a Customer connects a Brand's marketing accounts, we process that data on the Customer's behalf to provide the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company name, and a password (stored in hashed form). If you customize the Service with your own branding, we store the logos, colors, and domain settings you provide.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your billing name, email, and transaction details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Connected platform data. When you authorize a connection to a supported marketing platform (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, or CallRail), we access and store data from those accounts, including campaign settings, performance metrics, conversion data, call tracking data, and related reporting information. Access is granted through each platform's official authorization process (such as OAuth), and we store the tokens needed to maintain the connection. You can revoke a connection at any time.
Uploaded content. You may upload files to the Service, such as CSV performance data, call notes, or other context documents. We store this content to provide the features you use it with.
Usage data. We collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken within the Service. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. We use Google Analytics for aggregate site and product analytics.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide the Service, including generating reports, dashboards, audits, and insights from connected platform data.
- Power AI-assisted features, such as automated analysis, recommendations, chat, and meeting preparation tools.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Communicate with you about the Service, including service updates and, where permitted, product news. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
We do not sell your personal information or the data from your connected accounts, and we do not use your connected account data for advertising.
4. Google User Data
AR.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data accessed from Google APIs (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console) is used only to provide and improve the reporting and analysis features that you see within the Service. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as part of aggregated and anonymized internal operations.
5. Meta Platform Data
When you connect a Meta ad account or related asset, we access data through Meta's APIs solely to provide reporting and analysis within the Service. Our use of this data is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can disconnect Meta at any time from within the Service or by removing AgencyReporting.ai from your Facebook account settings. See our Data Deletion page for how to request deletion of Meta data.
6. AI Processing
Some features of the Service use third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate analysis, summaries, recommendations, and conversational responses based on your connected data and uploaded content. Data sent to these providers is used solely to generate output for you within the Service. Our AI providers are contractually restricted from using this data to train their models.
7. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, including:
- Cloud hosting and database infrastructure providers.
- Payment processing (Stripe).
- AI processing providers as described in Section 6.
- Email delivery providers for transactional and account messages.
These providers process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected data.
White-label reporting. If your agency shares reports or dashboards with a Brand or client, that sharing is controlled by you, and your relationship with that client is governed by your own agreements and policies.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information and connected platform data while your account is active. When you disconnect a platform, we stop syncing new data from it and delete the stored data for that connection within 30 days. When you close your account, we delete your account data and connected platform data within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
Demo data. If you use a free demo or trial that involves connecting an account, data accessed for the demo is automatically deleted within 30 days of the demo, unless you convert to a paid account.
To request deletion at any time, see our Data Deletion page or email support@agencyreporting.ai.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant-level data isolation, and access controls that limit data visibility to your own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the Service so that each Customer's data is segregated from every other Customer's data.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We extend the core of these rights (access, correction, and deletion) to all users regardless of location. To exercise them, email support@agencyreporting.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, SEO Marketing Company, LLC is the data controller for account information, and acts as a processor for connected platform data handled on behalf of our Customers.
11. Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
